Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is an Hollywood writer and actress who has received critical recognition for her talent. Sagittarius. She was born on the coast of North Carolina December 3, 1960. She is oldest among three children, and was the daughter of Peter Moore Smith who was an Army paratrooper. Her mother Anne is a psychotherapist. The Moore family is English, Scottish and of mixed heritage. Moore was a struggle as her family was constantly relocated due to their dad's employment. Moore started acting in plays during her time at Frankfurt American High School when the family moved to Germany. Following the completion of the requirements for her B.F.A. at Boston University in 1983, Moore continued her training. She graduated in 1983 with the degree of B.F.A.
