Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was a member of the team and the team captain for 2012's Fierce Five as well as the 2016 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. In 2012 the team, she won gold in the team competitions along with the floor exercises. In the balance beam, Raisman received a bronze. In 2012, she became one of the few American athlete to achieve the most number of medals at the Olympics. At the 2016, Olympics she won a gold medal in the team event that brought her along with her teammate Gabby Douglas the honor of having been the first Americans to earn back-to-back gold medals for the team. Also, she received silvers in individual all around as well as for floor exercise. The break was for three years between each Olympics from gymnastics competition. Also, she has been a member two gold medal winning world championship teams. She learned gymnastics from the age two, and her most loved sport is floor exercise. Aly is a member of her local Uniting Against Lung Cancer group to honor her late grandmother. As for the future, she is planning to create a profession in fashion. It is also her dream to extend her leotards line and socks. She is writing a book titled Fierce to be published later this year.
